磨粒应选 80# 以粗范围内

中磨

Medium
grinding

去一般毛刺、倒角、去飞边、一般光洁度
Removing common burrs,rough edges,Ordinaru smooth finish.

磨粒应选 100#~180# 之间

fromm100# to 180#

细磨

Smooth
grinding

较小毛刺、倒角、原光洁度较高
Removing smaller burrs,rough edges,Orignal high smooth finish

磨粒应选 240#~300# 之间

from 20# to 300#

抛光

工件毛刺处理后光洁度较高After removing burrs,high smoot firfish.

磨粒应选湿加工： W10 以细，（陶瓷磨具较好）
Wet processing:W10 and finer(ceramics grinder is better.)

Polishing

铝、铜、不锈钢等aluminium,copper,stainless steel,etc

干加工：木质磨具（干擦料）Dry processing:Wodden grinder (Dry material)

Note:

根据所加工材质，应适当选用棕刚玉、白刚玉、炭化硅等磨料成分的滚抛磨具。
Brown corundum,white corundum or carborundum polishing grinders should be used according to the processen materals.
