滚抛磨具是中国郑州磨料磨具磨削研究所研制，在本厂组织生产的。产品已通过省级科学技术鉴定，具有组织均匀，硬度适宜，耐磨性能好等优点，在使用过程中不易破碎，产品质量已达到国际同类产品水平。
　　
　 该产品适用于大批量生产的冲压件、加工件、锻铸件、小五金、陶瓷、磁性材料、粉末冶金、塑料等工件的去毛刺、表皮、倒角和抛光，被加工件表面光亮、棱角圆滑、光洁度高，能在原来的基础上提高1-2级，不会出现二次毛刺，其生产效率比传统的手工去毛刺提高几倍、几十倍、甚至几百倍，产品可与立式、卧式、滚筒、离心、涡流等各种振动光饰设备配套使用。
滚抛磨具可分为粗磨、中磨、细磨和抛光、形状多样，规格齐全，用户可根据被加工零件的要求选择最佳磨具，亦可订做特殊规格的磨具。

Roling-polishing grinders are developed by Zhenzhou Abrasive,Grinder and Grinding Research Institute of China and produced in our factory,having passed the scientific and technical appraisal of the Province.The products have many advantager such as even tissue,proper hardness and fine wearability,no break in using.The quality has come up to the international standards of the same products
The products are suitable for removing burrs,surface,rough edges and polishing of large batch processing.The processed surface becomes bright,with smooth and evadive edge.And the smooth finish will be 1-2grades higher than original,without the second burrs.The production efficiency is hundreds of times higher than traditional burr removing by hand.The products can be used together with all kinds of vertical,horizontal,rolling,centrifugal and eddy viberation polishing installations.
